Helsingborg Konserthus

The Konserthus is a dignified 1932 neoclassical building set on the terrace between Stortorget and Kärnan, home to the Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra — one of Sweden's oldest. The orchestra was founded in 1912 and has built a serious reputation, attracting international conductors and recording contracts. The building's white colonnaded facade is one of the set pieces of the ascent from the harbour to the keep, and its interior is worth seeing even outside concert times.

Performances run through the autumn and spring season. Check the programme on arrival; tickets for chamber concerts and smaller events are often available on the day.
