The Vitra Design Museum is a major furniture, lighting, and industrial-design museum just across the border from Basel. The Frank Gehry main building hosts large exhibitions, while the wider Vitra Campus adds architecture by Zaha Hadid, Tadao Ando, Nicholas Grimshaw, and Alvaro Siza.
