The Leysin ski area covers around 60 km of pistes spread across the slopes of Berneuse, Mayen, and Tête d'Aï. It is small by Swiss standards — nowhere near the scale of Verbier or Zermatt — but well suited to beginners, intermediates, and families. A single lift pass also covers the larger Alpes Vaudoises network, including Villars and Les Diablerets.
The lifts are accessed from the Leysin-Feydey area on the upper edge of the village; in good seasons you can ski back to the village along the panoramic blue from Berneuse. Equipment rental and ski school are available in town; cross-country trails loop through the meadows above Leysin-Feydey.
