Les Pléiades is a modest mountain above the Montreux Riviera, reached from the Blonay side and loved for open walking, views over Lake Geneva, and spring meadows of wild narcissus. It is not a high-Alps spectacle, but that is part of its appeal: the outing feels relaxed, green, and close to the lake towns.
In clear weather the view stretches across the water to the French Alps, while the local trails give families and casual walkers an easy way into the hills. Spring is the prettiest season, but the area also works for summer walks and winter snow when conditions cooperate.
