Yalta Zoo is a large family attraction in the hills above town, with a varied collection that includes big cats, bears, monkeys, and other animals. Some enclosures are dated, but the zoo remains one of Yalta's main child-friendly stops.
Its location also makes it easy to combine with nearby hillside sights such as Uchan-Su Waterfall or the Chekhov museum.
