Chiswick's riverside pubs are the main attraction for drinking. The stretch of Thames towpath between Chiswick Bridge and Hammersmith passes several good pubs, including the Bell and Crown at Strand-on-the-Green (technically just west of Chiswick) and the City Barge nearby. The Mawson Arms at Fuller's Brewery is the brewery tap. The Tabard in Bedford Park is the most architecturally interesting pub in the area.
