The pub immediately next to the Spice Island Inn at the harbour mouth, with an upstairs balcony directly over the water — possibly the single best beer-drinking spot in Portsmouth on a summer evening. Sailors used to call this stretch of waterfront "the Still and West" after the two old pubs that once stood here, now combined.
Standard pub menu with fish and chips priced for tourists; the beer is well-kept Fuller's. Go for the view.
