Windsor has plenty of pubs, mostly traditional English ones serving the local Fuller's and Brakspear beers. The best of them cluster around the castle and along the Thames. Cafes are concentrated on Peascod Street and around the Royal Windsor Shopping centre — the chains are predictable; the independents are worth seeking out.
