Jedburgh's pubs have the easy-going character of a small Borders market town: local ales and whiskies, an unhurried pace, and locals who are genuinely friendly rather than performatively so. A good place to warm up after a rainy afternoon at the abbey. Nothing remarkable, but nothing to complain about either.
