Staniel Cay itself is tiny — half an hour of strolling covers the whole settlement. The real things to do are afloat. Rent a boat or hire a guide and spend your days hopping between cays: snorkelling Thunderball Grotto, swimming with pigs at Big Major, feeding sharks at Compass Cay, drifting over conch lying on the sand bars.
