Réserve naturelle du Boisé-Du Tremblay protects one of the South Shore's important remaining patches of woodland and wetland habitat. It is especially known for conservation work around the western chorus frog, a tiny species whose presence has shaped the reserve's management.
For visitors it is a low-key nature stop rather than a grand park. Come for a quiet walk, birdlife and a reminder that Longueuil still has pockets of fragile habitat tucked between suburbs, roads and industrial land.
