Getting There

Prince Albert is a three-hour drive north of Regina on Highway 2. From Saskatoon the drive is about 140 km, roughly 1.5 hours northeast.

The Prince Albert Airport (YPA) has scheduled service to Saskatoon via SkyWest (connecting to major carriers). Most visitors flying in use Saskatoon John G. Diefenbaker International Airport and rent a car — the road north is straightforward.

There is no passenger rail service to Prince Albert. Saskatchewan Transportation Company bus routes have historically connected the city to Saskatoon and Regina, though service schedules change; check current availability before planning around them.

A car is essentially required once you are here — the national park is 51 km north of downtown, and there is no public transport to Waskesiu.
