Prince Albert punches well above its size. The city is the jumping-off point for one of Canada's great wilderness parks, and it carries its own history as the hometown of a prime minister and the adopted base of one of conservation's most colourful figures. Downtown has enough to occupy a day; the national park to the north will fill as many days as you give it.
