The nearest hub is Quepos, 7km north of Manuel Antonio. Quepos has a small domestic airport with daily flights from San José (about 30 minutes). Alternatively, Sansa and Green Airways both serve the route.
By bus from San José, direct services run to Quepos from the Tracopa terminal near downtown; the journey takes about 3.5 hours. Buses also connect Quepos with Dominical, Jacó, and other Pacific coast destinations. Local buses and taxis run frequently between Quepos and the park entrance.
By car from San José, take the Costanera Sur highway south from Jacó — the drive is about 2.5 hours in clear traffic. Parking near the park entrance is limited and fills early.
