San Vito is a quiet highland town and makes no pretence of being a nightlife destination. Evenings here are for eating early and resting well before an early start at the Wilson Gardens. What the town does offer, thanks to its Italian roots, is better coffee than you'd expect this far off the beaten path — proper espresso made with locally grown beans, served in the way the founders' descendants learned it.
A handful of bars cater to the local population without catering to travellers in particular.
