A long-standing wood-fired grill on the southwestern corner of the island, looking across to the causeway and Santa Elena. The kitchen does grilled meats well — Argentine-style steaks, chorizo, chicken — and a decent fish-of-the-day from the lake, served on a deck that catches the breeze.
Service is unhurried and the prices are mid-range by Flores standards. Reserve a deck table at sunset if you can; the indoor room is fine but the view is the point.
