Mirador Rey Tepepul is a roadside ridgetop viewpoint above Santiago Atitlán. On clear mornings the platforms give wide views over the Lake Atitlán basin in one direction and toward the coastal slope of Guatemala in the other. Go in daylight and arrange reliable transport, as the area is isolated after dark.
