Corozal is about 13 km east of La Ceiba along the main Caribbean coast road. From La Ceiba, take a colectivo taxi or bus heading east toward Sambo Creek — the vehicle passes through Corozal and you can ask the driver to stop at the village. The journey takes around 20 minutes. Mototaxis are also available from La Ceiba for a direct ride.
