Pichilingue is a beach area north of La Paz near the ferry port road. It is not the first choice if you have time for Balandra or Tecolote, but it can be useful as part of a northern beach loop.
Stop if conditions look good or if you are already heading toward the port. Facilities and atmosphere vary, so treat it as flexible rather than essential.
