Tampico Bridge carries traffic over the Panuco River between Tamaulipas and Veracruz. It is not really a pedestrian attraction, but its cable-stayed profile is one of the city's strongest modern landmarks.
Look for it from Laguna del Carpintero or river-facing viewpoints rather than trying to experience it on foot. It works best as part of the port-city skyline.
