Telefónica Gastro Park is a permanent food truck and brewery park in Zona Río that helped define what Tijuana's new food scene looks like. The concept is simple: a dozen or so food trucks and taco stands cluster around an outdoor seating area, alongside taps from several of Tijuana's craft breweries.
The selection rotates but usually includes Baja-style fish tacos, birria, Korean-Mexican fusion, artisanal ice cream, and at least one solid vegetarian option. The beer selection, sourced from local breweries including Norte Brewing and Mamut, is among the best in the city. The atmosphere is casual — communal tables, string lights, families and groups of friends sharing food across the different options.
It's busiest Thursday through Sunday evenings. Arriving around 7pm on a weekday is the sweet spot for a relaxed experience.
