Taboga is reached by ferry from Panama City. The most common departure point is the Calzada de Amador (Amador Causeway) at the Pacific entrance to the canal, where two operators run scheduled crossings daily — Taboga Express and Calypso Queen are the regulars. The crossing takes between 30 minutes and an hour depending on the boat. Buy tickets online or at the dock; book ahead on weekends, when the boats sell out.
There is no bridge and no airport. The boat is the only way on or off the island.
