Getting There

Little Rock Clinton National Airport (LIT) is the main airport, located about five miles east of downtown. It has direct flights to most major US hubs including Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, and Denver. The airport is small and easy to navigate; a taxi or rideshare to downtown takes about fifteen minutes.

By car, Little Rock sits at the junction of I-30 (Dallas to Memphis), I-40 (the main east-west interstate across the mid-South), and I-630. The city is about five hours from Dallas, three hours from Memphis, and two hours from Fayetteville in the Ozarks.

Amtrak's Texas Eagle (Chicago–San Antonio) stops in Little Rock three times a week in each direction, though the schedule makes it impractical for many trips.
