Buena Park is a car town. Distances between attractions are short but pedestrian routes along Beach Boulevard are uninviting — six lanes of traffic and not much shade. The Knott's parking lot is paid; arrive early to get a spot near the gate.
OCTA buses run along Beach Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue, useful for cheap connections within Orange County. Disneyland is about 8 miles east in Anaheim — a 15-minute drive, or 30 minutes by bus on the OCTA 38.
