On top of the Novotel Miami Brickell, Vista trades the high-rise glamour of its rivals for an easy, vacation-flavoured terrace with a pool, daybeds, and panoramic views across Biscayne Bay and the Brickell skyline. The cocktails run tropical and the small-plates menu is Latin-leaning, and because it is a little less hyped than Sugar or Rosa Sky it is usually the easiest of the three to walk into.
It is a good sunset stop, with the light dropping behind the towers to the west and the bay opening up to the east.
