Sea Salt is the Naples restaurant most likely to impress someone who thinks they don't need to go to Florida for a serious meal. Chef Fabrizio Aielli's menu is focused on seafood — Gulf grouper, Florida stone crab, oysters, and whatever the local waters are producing — prepared with a light European hand that avoids the heavy sauces of old-school Florida seafood cooking. The raw bar is excellent; the pasta dishes are better than they need to be.
