The Four Seasons Resort Lanai at Manele Bay operates several restaurants within the property, ranging from the poolside Malibu Farm — the California health-food brand's Hawaii outpost, serving salads, grain bowls, and grilled fish — to Nobu Lanai, the celebrated Japanese-Peruvian chef's remote-island outpost with its signature black cod and ceviches.
Non-guests are welcome at the resort's restaurants with a reservation, and the setting — the dining rooms look out over Hulopoe Bay — is hard to argue with. Prices are resort-level: plan on spending significantly more than anywhere in Lanai City.
The resort also operates the Four Seasons Resort Lanai, Lodge at Koele (when open), which sits up in the cooler highlands and has its own dining. Check current operating status before heading up — the Koele property has undergone phased renovations and some facilities have varied in availability.
