Al-Ameer is the most decorated Lebanese restaurant in metro Detroit, winning the James Beard "America's Classics" award in 2016. The menu is the long Lebanese standard — hummus, baba ghanoush, fattoush, kibbeh, shawarma — but executed with the consistency of decades of practice.
