Lansing's nightlife centers on a few streets downtown and in East Lansing near the MSU campus. The East Michigan Avenue strip has the liveliest mix of bars and live music venues. Old Town has a mellower scene with wine bars and bistros. For performing arts, the Wharton Center on the MSU campus brings touring Broadway shows and major concerts.
