Old Town is the most interesting shopping district, with art galleries, antique shops, and independent boutiques along Grand River Avenue and Turner Street. For conventional retail, the Eastwood Towne Center on the east side is a modern outdoor mall, and the Lansing Mall is on the west side. The Lansing City Market downtown has been running since 1909 and is a good spot for local produce.
