Clara's occupies the beautifully restored 1903 Michigan Central Railroad Station on East Michigan Avenue. The high ceilings, stained glass, and original woodwork make it one of the more atmospheric places to eat in Lansing. The menu is straightforward American — burgers, steaks, pasta — and the portions are generous. Even if you're not hungry, the building is worth a look.
