Chandelier Bar

Three-story bar inside a waterfall of one million crystal beads at the Cosmopolitan

Address 3708 Las Vegas Boulevard South (The Cosmopolitan)

The Chandelier Bar at the Cosmopolitan occupies three levels of the hotel's central atrium, enclosed within a cascading installation of one million crystal beads that functions as both decor and architecture. It is, by some margin, the most visually dramatic bar setting on the Strip — the kind of space that makes the entrance fee of a cocktail price worth paying.

Each level serves a distinct menu: the ground-floor bar is the most accessible, the second floor is the destination for the bar's signature Verbena cocktail (served with a Szechuan button flower that numbs the tongue), and the upper level is the quietest. The cocktail programme is taken seriously and priced accordingly. Go on arrival in Las Vegas, before the casino floor has normalised the extraordinary.
