Kin Kletso, the "Yellow House", is one of the smaller and tighter-built great houses, pressed against the north cliff at the end of the canyon road. The masonry is uniformly the late McElmo style, suggesting it was put up rapidly in the mid-1100s as Chacoan influence was already waning.
The pueblo itself takes 20 minutes to walk through, but it is also the trailhead for the steep, exhilarating climb up the cliff to Pueblo Alto. Allow three to four hours for that loop.
