UB Anderson Gallery holds part of the University at Buffalo's art collection in a former private gallery building. The collection has roots in the New York art world through David Anderson, son of dealer Martha Jackson, and the shows lean toward modern and contemporary work.
It is most useful if you are already exploring North Buffalo or the university area. For a major museum day, pair it with the Buffalo AKG Art Museum.
