Cobb's Hill Reservoir Park is one of Rochester's best everyday viewpoints. The reservoir loop and hillside paths open views toward the skyline, while sports fields and lawns keep the park firmly in local use.
It is a good place for a walk near sunset or a low-key break between museums and neighbourhood wandering. The park is not polished in a tourist-board way, which is part of its charm: it feels like Rochester using its own high ground.
