Sunnyside is the Hudson Valley home of Washington Irving, author of "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" and "Rip Van Winkle." Guided tours lead through the house and grounds, where Irving shaped an older Dutch farmhouse into a romantic riverside estate with gardens and Hudson views.
