Natty Greene's was one of the first downtown brewpubs in Greensboro and has been a fixture since 2004. The taps run to ten or twelve house beers — the Buckshot Amber Ale and the Old Town Brown are reliable defaults — and the kitchen does straightforward American pub food.
The interior is warehouse-brick-and-wood with a long bar; the patio fronts Elm Street. A reliable stop before a show at the Carolina Theatre or for a casual dinner downtown.
