Eating Out

Buckingham's dining is strung along Routes 202 and 263, a mix of country taverns and Italian places that draw on the surrounding Bucks County farms. Bogart's Tavern on Bridge Valley Road has been pouring beer since 1796 and turns out a respectable American kitchen menu. The Buckingham Tavern on Route 202 is the newer, more polished option.

For Italian, La Stalla north of the village does serious wood-fired pizza and homemade pasta. The Cock'n Bull restaurant in Peddler's Village is the year-round sit-down option for the shopping crowd. Most kitchens close early; book ahead for weekends in autumn.
