Two Rivers Brewing is the obvious anchor — a brewpub in a restored hotel building one block off Centre Square, with a long list of house beers and a cellar tasting room. Weyerbacher Brewing does not have its own tasting room in town any more but its beers are stocked everywhere.
For coffee, Terra Café on 3rd Street is the standard, and Easton Coffee Co. does single-origin pour-overs. Riverside Barre & Tavern sits literally on the river, with summer outdoor seating overlooking the Lehigh.
The cocktail bar scene is small but real: Stoke does seasonal cocktails with a Pennsylvania-rye lean, and 3rd & Ferry Fish Market has good oysters at the bar.
