Lancaster Brewing has been making beer in the city since the early 1990s, and the brewery taproom is a 10-minute walk northeast of Penn Square on Plum Street. The lineup runs from a soft Milk Stout — their flagship — to seasonal IPAs and lagers. Pub food is straightforward and decent.
The space is industrial-loft size with long tables, suited to groups. Tours of the brewing operation are offered most weekends.
