Oscar's, on the main street about halfway through Springdale, is the breakfast institution. Big plates of huevos rancheros, blueberry-stuffed French toast, breakfast burritos the size of a forearm — fuel for a hard day in the canyon. The shaded patio fills up by half past seven on summer mornings, so come early or be prepared to wait.
Lunch and dinner are simpler: green-chile cheeseburgers, fish tacos, a respectable chicken Caesar. The bill is fair by gateway-town standards. Service is brisk and friendly. Cash and cards accepted; tipping is expected.
