Springdale's restaurants line a kilometre of Zion Park Boulevard and run from competent diners to a couple of surprisingly good rooms. Reservations help in the summer evenings; everywhere fills up by seven. Most places are licensed but Utah liquor rules are confusing — wine and beer are usually fine, harder spirits sometimes require a meal.
