Madryn Buceo describe themselves as the oldest dive centre in the area, with more than forty years and two generations in the business. They run everything from first dives to Divemaster courses, and snorkelling for those who would rather stay near the surface — including trips with the sea lions, which are curious and come right up to you.
The Golfo Nuevo is cold, sheltered and full of life, and it is one of the few places in South America where cold-water diving is a genuine attraction rather than an ordeal.
