Parracho sits just south of Mucugê and shares its character: a long sandy strip backed by barracas, palms, and low cliffs. The crowd is slightly younger and the music a notch louder; the bars hire out parasols and serve full meals from morning until sunset.
The natural reef that runs offshore creates calm tidal pools at low tide — good for children and for anyone who wants to wade rather than swim. A short distance up the beach is one of the busier daytime beach clubs in Arraial. If you want quieter sand, keep walking south.
