A polished, family-aimed interactive museum about water — Colombian rivers, ocean systems, urban water supply, climate. Operated by the public utility company EPM, which runs the city's water and electricity, and built into the base of the EPM headquarters tower next to Parque de los Pies Descalzos. Eighty minutes is about right; cool inside on a hot afternoon.
