Mirosso grew from a small warung into one of Blauwgrond's better-known sit-down restaurants. It is an easy place to sample Javanese-Surinamese cooking when you want a broad menu and a little more comfort than a roadside counter.
It is one of the few Blauwgrond warungs to have developed into a restaurant with a terrace and indoor seating. Published opening hours are unreliable, so check before taking a taxi across town.
