Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity

The Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity is Montevideo's Anglican cathedral and the city's oldest non-Catholic place of worship. Its temple-like facade makes it stand out from the churches and civic buildings of Ciudad Vieja.

It is a quick but worthwhile look if you are already walking between Plaza Independencia and the port. The building says something about the British commercial presence that helped shape 19th-century Montevideo.
