Salto Kamá — also called Kamá-Merú — is a 50-metre waterfall right at the edge of the main road, signposted between Luepa and Kavanayén. Park, walk down a short path through scrubby savanna, and you arrive at a viewpoint over the pool at the base.
There is a Pemón community camp here offering basic accommodation, simple meals, and a viewing platform. Compared with the harder-to-reach Aponwao, Kamá is a quick stop — but it is one of the most reliably impressive cascades you can see from your vehicle in the Gran Sabana. Best in the wet season, when the flow widens into a curtain.
