Jijel Ferhat Abbas Airport sits east of the city and handles limited domestic flights, but schedules are not something to build a tight trip around. Most travellers arrive by road from Constantine, Setif, Bejaia, or Algiers.
The coastal road from Bejaia is the scenic approach, especially along the corniche, but it is slower than it looks on a map. If you are driving, leave daylight for the curves and viewpoints; if you are using buses or shared taxis, expect a practical trip rather than a comfortable one.
