Praia Morena is Benguela's central beach, a narrow strip of sand between the road and the Atlantic. It is easy to reach from the centre and makes a natural stop with the waterfront promenade.
On holidays it can be packed, but at quieter times it is a simple place for a walk, a swim, or a look at Benguela's urban shoreline. The sand and water are the draw rather than any formal facilities.
